Join the market-leading countertop company! **We Offer:** * A monthly gross salary of **MXN 14,000** * Statutory benefits * Transportation service via Northern and Southern Peripherals * Cafeteria **Job Objective:** Support the Maintenance Manager in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and facility maintenance (building, parking lots, cafeteria, offices, and the plant in general). **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering education (incomplete or completed) * Knowledge of **electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance** * Proficiency in Office software suite, intermediate Excel skills, MP (desirable) * (Written English comprehension is desirable) * Strong communication skills * **Desirable Knowledge**: (**Sensors and their variants, charging stations, Nordson equipment, control panels, variable frequency drives, thermal-pneumatic switches**). **Responsibilities:** * Preventive maintenance using the MP call-control system. * CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE (respond to and resolve failures reported within the facilities, which may be electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, or control-related). * FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS (repair deteriorated installations to prevent damage caused by improper use and/or wear). * FACILITY MAINTENANCE (any activity related to the building.
