Ensure implementation of established commercial strategies to achieve set goals. * Flexible availability of working hours * Must possess a standard vehicle and a valid driver’s license * Proven experience of 1–2 years * Personnel management experience * Experience managing multiple business units * Verify that each store complies with both operational and administrative standards and processes, as required by the platform per season. ### **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct weekly evaluations of the team, aligned with the retail calendar; motivate and train staff; assign weekly overall targets. Supervise a minimum of 10 business units; monitor sales, inventory turnover, and profitability metrics; manage personnel; implement sales outreach strategies; control shrinkage; recruit and select staff; provide training and development.
