Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Job Objective: * Ensure maximum efficiency in the use of human and material resources, promoting the organization’s sustainable growth based on results. Consolidate the company’s public and commercial relations by delegating strategic responsibilities to each department. Specific Responsibilities: * Coordinate strategic and effective public relations. * Evaluate and report on the progress of programs and projects. * Foster positive interpersonal relationships within the team. * Resolve conflicts through dialogue and negotiation. * Integrate and collaboratively lead work teams. * Supervise daily operations. * Follow up with clients jointly with Commercial Management (prospecting, sales, and after-sales). * Establish relationships with public and private companies. * Supervise administrative and operational tasks of the team. * Coordinate content with teams from different areas. * Finalize agreements and exchanges for special promotional services or events.
