(Daily activity) (50%) * Transport goods to respective branches. (Daily activity) (20%) * Reconcile total number of packages and waybills received. (Daily activity) (15%) * Review transit goods report. (Daily activity) (10%) * Receive out-of-town vehicles and record requested data in the system: arrival time, vehicle number, logbook. (Daily activity) (5%) * Manage personnel under supervision (vacation requests, leave applications, code of conduct enforcement, incident handling). (Daily activity) * Supervise that facilities and work tools (forklifts, hydraulic pallet jacks) remain in optimal working condition. (Daily activity) * Supervise correct labeling of goods on the warehouse floor. (Daily activity) * Receive waybills and goods. (Daily activity) * Send emails to management and assistant management listing arrivals and departures of route vehicles in the system. (Daily activity) * Supervise sorting and delivery of waybills (SS) and goods for Occurrence, EAD, E-commerce, and transshipment. (Daily activity) * Implement anomaly procedures for open or damaged boxes or bags, and supervise correct PAQUETEXPRESS labeling and annotations. (Activity performed as required) * Conduct inventory of transshipped goods. (Daily activity) * Supervise application of barrel seals on route vehicle boxes. (Daily activity) * Accurately register route vehicle occupancy percentage in the system. (Daily activity) * Record MDR departure time, print departure logbook, and obtain signatures from operator and warehouse staff. (Daily activity) * Prepare report on pending shipment goods. (Daily activity) * Enforce Merchandise Acceptance Policy. (Daily activity) * Email incorrectly completed waybills to Documentation Manager or Branch Manager of origin for correction follow-up.
