Works for a leading private security company with a quality management system **Join our Materials Resources team!** At **SEPIVER S.A. de C.V.**, a leading private security company and part of the **DUXON** group, we are looking for a professional with strong analytical and organizational skills to manage the supply of uniforms and PPE for our nationwide operations. **Location:** Veracruz. **Employment Type:** Permanent. **Monthly Salary:** $14,000\.00\. **Position Level:** Coordinator. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** in order management, inventory control, or supply planning. **Key Skills:** * Excellent analytical ability to manage product assortment and prevent duplication. * Strong organizational skills to handle multiple service zones. * Proactive follow-up with operational teams. **Main Responsibilities** * **Order Management:** Receiving, reviewing, and analyzing uniform orders submitted for our clients’ services. * **Report Generation:** Preparing weekly order history reports by zone, indicating fulfillment and delivery status. * **Supply Management:** Issuing requisitions for uniforms and PPE to replenish the central warehouse, branch warehouses, and administrative departments. * **Technical Control:** Generating shipping guides, requesting quotations, and routing orders with approval to the central warehouse. * **Information Updates:** Keeping uniform infographics up to date and producing required sizing charts for each service. **How to Apply?** If you meet the requirements and wish to join a solid organization operating under a Quality Management System, please follow these steps: * **Email:** Send your updated CV to **subgerencia.cdo@sepiver.com.mx**. * **Subject Line:** Indicate the position title: **Order, Uniforms, and PPE Planner**.
