




Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Nomipaq, SUA, IMSS, SIPARE, Federal Labor Law (LFT), IDSE regulations, and knowledge of SIROC. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Preparation of weekly and biweekly payroll. \* Preparation of cumulative payroll records. \* Analysis, calculation, and review of weekly and biweekly payroll (Income Tax, Fees, IMSS, SAR, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). \* Validation and calculation of employee severance payments according to legal requirements and internal policies. \* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and tax obligations. \* Resolve employee and management inquiries and issues related to the human resources department. \* Safeguard information and documents according to their confidentiality level. \* Supervise payments of IMSS and INFONAVIT obligations. \* Supervise quarterly reporting for service contracts and specialized work (ICSOE). \* Supervise quarterly reporting for the subcontracting information system (SISUB). \* Supervise responses to audits conducted by IMSS, INFONAVIT, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, and State Tax Authorities. \* Supervise monitoring of risk premiums. \* Follow-up and submission of information for IMSS certification.
