Process guest requests for wake-up calls, call forwarding, and other calling-related services. Inform guests of any messages (e.g., voicemail, email, faxes) they have received and deliver them to their room upon request. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Log all guest requests or issues into the computer system, contact the appropriate person or department (e.g., Bell Staff, Housekeeping), and follow up with the guest to ensure their request has been satisfactorily resolved. Provide guests with information about room features, hotel amenities, and local points of interest. Assist guests with internet access. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate their service needs and fulfill them, assist persons with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally with others and answer telephones using proper protocols. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team in achieving common goals. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or for the entire workday. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
