**Job Description** We are looking for an **Safety and Health Supervisor** with experience in construction or industrial facilities, responsible for ensuring compliance with STPS regulations, personnel safety, and the proper implementation of corporate procedures. The person will be in charge of **preventing incidents**, conducting daily inspections, training personnel, issuing work permits, and ensuring all activities are carried out under safe conditions. **Responsibilities** * Supervise construction site activities by identifying unsafe acts and conditions. * Verify correct use of PPE and issue non-compliance reports when necessary. * Conduct **daily inspections**, work permit issuance, and review of critical areas. * Prepare and update **JSA/JHA**, logs, reports, and safety documentation. * Coordinate and deliver **safety talks, inductions, and training sessions** to personnel. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses using root cause analysis. * Ensure compliance with applicable NOMs (NOM\-017, NOM\-030, NOM\-035, NOM\-009, among others). * Coordinate corrective actions with supervisors and contractors. * Maintain constant communication with site teams, clients, and internal leaders. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper signage compliance in work areas. **Requirements** * Technical high school diploma, Associate degree or Engineering in Industrial Safety, Hygiene, Environmental, Civil or related field. * **Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience** as Safety and Health Supervisor in construction. * Knowledge and mastery of **STPS NOMs**. * Experience managing **JSA/JHA, logs, work permits, and inspection reports**. * Knowledge of working at heights, electrical work, confined spaces, lifting operations, and critical risks. * Proficient in Office (Excel and corporate templates). * Availability to work on-site and in the field. * Leadership attitude, discipline, and adherence to regulations. **Competencies** * Operational leadership * Effective communication * Risk observation and analysis * Problem solving * Safety orientation * Working under pressure * Organization and discipline **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Personal protective equipment from day one * Growth opportunities * Continuous training * Excellent work environment * Job stability Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
