* Generate and document shipping labels through "command" in order to track shipments from request to final delivery. * Execute customer calls timely and accurately. * Perform daily physical reconciliation of delivery and return manifests for local routes by monitoring the daily reconciliation tool, ensuring delivery processes are properly completed. * Generate reports for shipments requiring documentation by tracking incidents according to operational cycle procedures, to promptly notify and coordinate shipments.
