Communicate with guests and customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Transport equipment (e.g., tools, radios). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves on equipment. Maintain appropriate maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies as needed. Record information about calls not completed before shift change. Comply with all company safety and procedural policies; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and obtain certifications; store flammable materials safely. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company property. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and fulfill them; assist guests with disabilities; and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen to and appropriately respond to concerns raised by fellow employees. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Climb regular stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Relevant Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is not required.
