




**COOK** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Ensures the proper functioning of the kitchen \- Organizes and supplies workstations with all necessary products \- Distributes, organizes, and supervises kitchen tasks \- Participates in inventory control, preservation, and storage of goods \- Assists in training and instructing assigned personnel \- Collaborates in ordering and preserving raw materials and kitchen supplies \- Inspects and monitors kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly \- Assists in menu and menu board planning \- Participates in cost management, inventory control, and purchasing activities \- Controls and ensures proper storage and utilization of provided ingredients \- Maintains a positive and professional attitude toward both guests and coworkers \- Ensures food is served simultaneously, on time, and meets the quality standards established by partners or shift managers \- Cleans workstation (kitchen, counters, worktables, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: \- Proven experience in kitchen operations, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or kitchen assistant \- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures \- Accuracy and speed in completing assigned tasks \- Familiarity with industry best practices \- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine \- Culinary school diploma (if available) \- Essential English language proficiency Schedule: \- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Age: \- 20 to 45 years old Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational assistance * Free drinks * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site
