We currently have an opening for **Community Manager**. **Purpose of the position:** To manage the group’s and its brands’ digital communication, ensuring an active, consistent, and engaging presence on social media. This role is responsible for building community, safeguarding online reputation, and executing communication and promotional strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and loyalty. **Key responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and publish social media and digital platform content in alignment with the marketing calendar. * Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and reviews—maintaining brand voice and empathetic customer service. * Conceptualize and propose digital and communication campaigns aligned with business objectives. * Coordinate the production of visual and audiovisual content. * Measure and report weekly performance metrics: reach, engagement, traffic, and community growth. * Identify relevant digital trends and opportunities for the brands. * Manage digital advertising investment in coordination with Management. * Ensure consistency of tone and style across all digital channels. **Required profile:** * Minimum age 24 years. * Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing social media and digital customer service. * Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms, as well as analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Metricool, etc.). * Strong writing, creativity, and brand sensitivity skills. * Analytical ability and capacity to respond swiftly to reputation-related situations.
