Behind every memorable experience is a team of over 17,000 passionate and dynamic individuals committed to exceeding expectations, strengthening communities, and protecting the environment. **About your objective:** Carry out the necessary activities in the procedures performed in the Archival area, as well as ensure the complete destruction of documents that have reached the end of their retention period according to company policies. **Some of your responsibilities:** * Destroy documents that have completed their retention period according to policy. * Verify and extract fixed assets. * Organize and relocate boxes within the archive area. * Extract milestone contracts for destruction. * Prepare daily reports on destroyed items. * Fulfill requisitions in the warehouse area. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma. * 6 months – 1 year of experience as a File Assistant / document handling. * Proper handling of heavy loads. * Work location: Nuevo Vallarta / Puerto Vallarta; residing in the area is essential.
