Job Summary: Hotel Almar Resort seeks a Systems Assistant to provide technical support, maintain equipment, and manage user access in a luxury LGBTQ+ environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and user assistance for hardware and software. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer and telephony equipment. 3. User access, email, and internal system permission management. **Hotel Almar Resort is seeking a Systems Assistant in Emiliano Zapata \- Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The best luxury LGBTQ+ resort in Puerto Vallarta is looking for talent for the Systems Assistant position with the following profile: * **Education:** Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or incomplete bachelor’s degree / intern in related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in technical support or user assistance roles (academic service or professional internships in IT departments may be considered). * **Technical Support (Helpdesk):** Resolve hardware and software incidents reported by users (in person or remotely). * **Operating Systems Knowledge:** Windows 10, 11, macOS, iOS. * **Maintenance and Repair:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer and telephony equipment. * **IT Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. * **Support Software:** Prior experience with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Chrome Remote Desktop). * **Access Management:** Create and administer user accounts, email addresses, and permissions within internal systems. * **CCTV Knowledge:** Maintenance, monitoring, and resolution of basic issues. * **Languages:** Technical English. * **Schedule Availability:** Willingness to work rotating shifts. * **Networking Knowledge:** Monitor and resolve basic connectivity issues (LAN, VLAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN).
