Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on the collection of assigned accounts; maintain constant contact with customers to resolve inquiries and negotiate payments; record information in systems; and collaborate with the team to achieve established goals. What We Seek: We seek individuals with collections experience, results-oriented, and possessing effective communication skills. It is important to have teamwork capability and the ability to handle pressure situations. Knowledge of collections systems and customer management is valued.
