Job Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Supervisor with experience in construction projects to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a preventive environmental culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise environmental compliance on construction sites 2. Promote a preventive and continuously improving environmental culture 3. Environmental risk training and management **LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!!!** Minimum 3 years’ experience as an on-site Environmental Supervisor (construction projects) Knowledge of and ability to apply Mexican Official Standards (NOM) related to the environment Familiarity with applicable environmental legislation (federal, state, and municipal) Handling of RP, RME, RSU, RCD Identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts Preparation of environmental risk analyses and operational controls Interpretation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Preventive culture **Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site compliance with applicable environmental regulations * Verify correct implementation of environmental controls during construction activities * Ensure implementation of measures to mitigate environmental impacts * Identify unsafe acts or environmentally inappropriate conditions * Maintain constant communication with the Safety, Hygiene, and Environment Coordinator * Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure compliance during activity execution * Follow up with contractor team leaders regarding environmental compliance * Participate in site meetings and report environmental status * Prepare environmental risk analyses per activity * Develop and implement required procedures * Propose preventive and corrective measures * Promote a culture of PREVENTION and continuous improvement * Ensure availability and proper management of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) * Train personnel on safe handling of chemical substances * Supervise storage, use, and disposal of hazardous substances * Control proper segregation, storage, and disposal of waste * Track waste disposal manifests * Generate daily/weekly environmental compliance reports * Prepare logs, records, and photographic evidence * Submit requisitions to the relevant department based on risk analysis * Keep documentation required by supervision and client up to date * Support internal and external audits * Deliver induction talks and environmental training to personnel * Promote good environmental practices on site * Ensure personnel understand risks and controls associated with their activities * Monitoring of: Dust emissions, Noise, Water management (discharges, consumption) * Supervision for spill prevention and soil protection * Response to environmental incidents and preparation of reports * Follow-up on conditions stipulated in environmental authorizations * Verification of compliance with client requirements Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term, Probationary period Salary: $18,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Place of residence Experience: * Risk analysis: 2 years (Mandatory) * Supervisor on construction projects: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
