At the **Regional University of the Highlands**, we are seeking a **Campus Director** in Bahía de Banderas with strategic vision and a commitment to educational excellence to lead our campus. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement strategies for the academic, administrative, and operational development of the campus. * Ensure achievement of enrollment, graduation, and degree-completion targets. * Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment. * Coordinate proper management of human, material, and financial resources. * Supervise maintenance and improvement of educational infrastructure. * Represent the campus before authorities, the academic community, and external entities. **Requirements and Key Skills** * **Academic Qualifications:** University degree (preferably a graduate degree in education, administration, or related fields). * **Prior Experience:** Two or more years in leadership positions within the educational or institutional higher-education sector. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** * Effective leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to make strategic decisions and resolve complex problems. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. **Important Note Regarding the Selection Process** **Please do not visit the campus in person.** Recruitment and selection are conducted exclusively by **prior appointment**.
