




ACTIVITIES: * Staff management * Knowledge in FINE DINING service * Setup * Supplies administration * Wine list * Knowledge in food and beverages * Assist guests at tables with all activities related to food and beverage service, following the protocols established by Mexico HG. * Take food and beverage orders, suggest dishes, clean tables and dining area, deliver dishes, complimentary items and drinks, as well as collect cash payments. * Work team: General Manager, Operations Manager, Experience Manager, DJ, Host, Multifunctional staff, Runner, Plumas, Labores. * Prepare beverages according to hygienic handling standards and quality requirements for guests, following recipes established by Mexico HG. * Control of order tickets and beverage production. Work team: Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, Bartender, Mixologist, Sommelier, and Bar Assistant. BAR * Ensure timely guest reception and stay, as well as reservations and table assignments.
