Ensure water temperature and chemical quantities are appropriate for cleaning and properly documented. Assist with banquet food distribution. Support cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Provide cooks with required supplies. Transport goods and maintain adequate inventory levels to support banquet and buffet operations. Store cleaned items in designated locations. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, including dishwashers, manual wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and garbage disposals. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, discipline, motivation, and development of employees. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate guest service needs and respond accordingly. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships; support the team in achieving common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, turning, and stooping. Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
