(Degree holder) - Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (mandatory) - Knowledge of hotel operations and its various departments. - Intermediate English (mandatory) - Service-oriented. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise compliance with established policies and service standards for guests. - Supervise the hotel’s daily operations. - Implement processes, procedures, and operational standards. - Ensure delivery of top-tier service throughout guests’ stays. - Lead, supervise, and control timely operational performance. - Maintain assertive communication. - Prepare payroll and staff schedules.
