IMSS-contracted daycare center seeks an educator: Job objective: Plan, coordinate, and supervise educational and care activities at the daycare center, ensuring a safe, affectionate, and stimulating environment that supports the holistic development of children aged 43 days to 4 years. Additionally, provide continuous support and guidance to educational staff to ensure compliance with care, safety, and hygiene protocols, as well as proper implementation of the pedagogical model and applicable regulations. Maintain close, respectful, and ongoing accompaniment and communication with service users, encouraging participation, providing timely guidance on child development, and ensuring trust and satisfaction with the service.
