We are seeking a professional, responsible bartender with an outstanding service attitude, capable of preparing classic and signature cocktails, maintaining the bar in impeccable condition, and providing warm, efficient customer service. **Key Responsibilities** The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, specialty cocktails, and house recommendations according to established recipes. They will serve customers at the bar and support the dining room team in beverage service for table guests, always maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. They must ensure proper handling, storage, and restocking of bottles, supplies, and glassware, as well as maintain continuous order and cleanliness at the bar. They will also assist in accurate beverage billing, inventory control, and cost management in coordination with management. **Job Requirements** A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a bartender in bars, restaurants, or similar establishments is required. Solid knowledge of classic cocktail preparation, mixing techniques, glassware handling, and responsible alcohol service is essential. Experience in signature cocktail creation and basic food-and-beverage pairing is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent personal presentation, a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a customer-service orientation. Availability to work evening and night shifts, weekends, and holidays is mandatory.
