Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician with experience in remote and on-site support for equipment maintenance, network configuration, and security. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and networks 2. Configuration and maintenance of operating systems and applications 3. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance **Education:** Systems Engineering degree, Systems Technician diploma, or Computer Science degree **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in remote and/or on-site support **Knowledge:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling **(desirable)** · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Infrastructure project development for structured cabling (training for new hires) **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free) · Continuous training · Performance bonus equal to 50% of base salary · Travel allowances for local and out-of-town assignments · Overtime pay (if applicable) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000.00 – $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
