Hardware and software failure diagnosis and resolution **Systems Assistant / Technical Support \| $13,500 \+ Food Vouchers \+ Transportation Allowance** At **Easy Fit**, we are looking for a **Systems Assistant / Technical Support** professional focused on problem solving, internal support, and technological maintenance who wishes to join a dynamic organization within the fitness sector. **Location** Zapopan, Jalisco (support across 4 branches) **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Salary and Benefits** * Monthly salary: **$13,500 gross** * Food vouchers: **$1,350 monthly** * Transportation allowance: **$1,000 monthly** * Statutory benefits * Free membership at **VIVO47 / Easy Fit** * Job stability and professional growth **Main Responsibilities** * End-user technical support (on-site and remote) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment * Hardware and software failure diagnosis and resolution * Network services support (internet, telephony) * Management of institutional email accounts * Support for internal systems (PoliwinCloud, OpenSer) * Audio equipment and video system administration (Totalplay, Izzi) * Incident tracking and equipment management **Requirements** * Technical high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or IT * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or as a systems assistant * Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving ability * Availability to travel between branches Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Gym discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Gym service * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
