Read and analyze the banquet order for the event to gather guest information, determine proper setup, timeline, specific guest requirements, buffets, food stations, etc. Attend to and strive to fulfill all special banquet arrangements for the event. Follow up on special banquet arrangements for the event to ensure compliance. Comply with all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds (11.25 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or for the entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
