The candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the HR department in a vacation club company. **Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of personnel (job postings, interviews, follow-up). * Coordination of procedures with labor authorities. * Monitoring and tracking of training and development courses. * Supervision of compliance with new labor regulations. * Organization of talks, workshops, and team-building activities. * Management of employee records, contracts, hires, and terminations. * Support in payroll processes and attendance control. * Preparation of administrative and management reports. * Constant communication with managers and executives from sister companies. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * **2 to 4 years** of experience in similar positions. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor legislation. * Proficiency with recruitment platforms and management tools. * Strong communication, leadership, and empathy skills. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. * Experience in the hospitality or timeshare sector is desirable. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities. * Collaborative work environment. * Ongoing guidance from corporate managers and executives.
