Organize, stock, and maintain work areas. Stock the establishment with ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Remove dirty items from the bar surface and tables. Keep work areas, bar, bar furniture, tables, and other equipment clean and in good condition according to established guidelines. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting the waist, pulling, and leaning. Move across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs.
