Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to supervise and optimize operations at an all-inclusive property, ensuring service excellence and maximum profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic and strategic leadership of all-inclusive hotel operations. 2. Comprehensive management of key departments: F&B, Rooms, Maintenance, Security. 3. Focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction. **1\. Position Summary** We seek a dynamic, strategically minded leader to supervise and optimize all operational areas of our property. The primary objective is to ensure service excellence under the all-inclusive model, maximize profitability, and guarantee adherence to the highest quality standards. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * **Comprehensive Management:** Supervise Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, Maintenance, Security, and Entertainment departments. * **Cost Control:** Manage operational budgets, optimizing cost per guest (CPH) without compromising quality. * **Quality Standards:** Implement and audit hygiene protocols (Distintivo H) and international service standards. * **Guest Experience:** Monitor satisfaction metrics (NPS/Reviews) and proactively manage conflict resolution. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate department heads, fostering a high-performance work environment aligned with organizational culture. **3\. Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in mid-to-senior management roles at **All-Inclusive** hotels with over 300 rooms. * **Languages:** Advanced English (C1\). * **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in PMS systems (**Opera, Sinfony, Abrhilsoft**). * Solid knowledge of Revenue Management and KPIs. * Experience managing labor unions and labor regulations. **4\.
