Market strategy development REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree or verifiable internship * Areas of Knowledge: Collections, credit, commercial areas, and administration * Years of Experience: 2 or more * Field of Experience: Results- and goal-oriented, market strategy, preferably in financial or commercial companies involved in foreign exchange, collections, and staff supervision * Familiarity with the work area and verifiable experience * Clean credit bureau record WE OFFER: * Biweekly base salary * Statutory benefits * Commissions and bonuses * Training * Uniforms MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: Monitor daily performance results of staff and support them with necessary tools to achieve established objectives and goals. Coordinate and supervise loan placement activities, create strategies to attract clients, in order to meet established goals and objectives. * Implement strategies enabling recovery of overdue accounts * Develop branch staff under supervision to achieve objectives and meet performance metrics.
