Ensure water temperature and chemical quantities are appropriate for cleaning and that such parameters are properly documented. Assist with banquet food distribution. Support cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Provide cooks with required supplies. Transport goods and maintain adequate inventory levels to support banquet and buffet operations. Store clean items in their designated locations. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, including dishwashers, manual dishwashing stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and garbage disposals. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, discipline, motivation, and employee development. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; and complete safety training and obtain required certifications. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and safeguard company property. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate guests’ service needs and fulfill them promptly. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team in achieving shared goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Reach above shoulder height and below knee level, including bending, twisting, turning, and stooping. Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Relevant work experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
