The ideal candidate is autonomous, passionate about the industry, and eager to grow in one of Mexico's most attractive coastal markets, backed by an established personal brand. **Responsibilities** \* Generate and nurture buyer and seller leads \* Conduct property showings and listing presentations \* Guide clients through the entire buying and selling process—from contract to closing \* Negotiate offers and contracts effectively \* Build and maintain long-term client relationships \* Manage and update the CRM with timely tracking of prospects and transactions \* Stay informed on local market trends and inventory \* Collaborate on team marketing and sales strategies **What We Look For** \* Proven experience in real estate sales \* Proficiency with CRM tools for client management and transaction tracking \* Strong communication and negotiation skills \* Self-motivated mindset with a high degree of accountability \* Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred \* Knowledge of the Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta markets is a plus. **What We Offer** * $6,000 monthly support for the first 3 months. * Attractive commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional growth. * Excellent working environment.
