Calibrate all controls, indicators, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and maintain all shut-off valves. Order, tag, and store parts and supplies as required. Manage and control inventory and purchase order records. Inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Enter and retrieve job-related information using computers. Operate a forklift. Complete the Life Safety Checklist, including fire pump operational testing and generator operational testing. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist in developing accident and/or disaster response protocols. Respond to and resolve guest repair requests. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and grooming are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and recognize all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs, and assist guests with disabilities. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees, support the team in achieving common goals, and listen to and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost savings. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Reach above head and below knees; including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Climb up and down service stairs and/or ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: Diploma issued by a technical, trade, or vocational school. Relevant work experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
