Your responsibilities will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other public spaces. * Make beds, change bed linens, and ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. * Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. * Restock supplies and amenities as needed, including toiletries, towels, and other materials. * Dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to established procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment. * Inspect assigned areas for damage or maintenance needs and report any issues to the appropriate team members. * Follow safety guidelines and protocols when using cleaning products, equipment, and supplies. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and assignments. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Entry-level with limited prior training or similar work experience to the position. * Basic skills to perform routine tasks. * Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy. * Works under close supervision or clearly defined procedures. * Has 0 to 1 year of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Interpersonal skills Functional job knowledge Leadership Problem solving Teamwork and collaboration Accountability Business experience Advocating for guest needs Self-development Impact**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
