Opportunity for internal growth and professional development. **Job Opportunity!** **Marival Resorts** is looking for a **Line Cook A** to join its kitchen team ✨ ️ **Responsibilities:** * Prepare cold or hot foods according to the menus of various dining outlets. * Ensure the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare dishes according to the menu. * Place orders to the Warehouse. * Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables prior to preparation. * Prepare all dishes according to menus and established recipes. * Cook poultry, meats, seafood, and vegetables to specified doneness levels per established standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in the hospitality industry. * Knowledge of hot kitchen (sauces), cold kitchen (dressings), and cutting techniques for fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and seafood. * Cooking methods and culinary techniques. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
