Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician to diagnose and resolve technical failures, performing maintenance and repair of computer equipment and ATMs. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field. Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas. (6 months of experience or recent graduate) Knowledge: * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic). * Structured cabling (desirable). * Automated teller machines or ATMs (**Diebold NextGen 5550 and 5500\)** * Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers. Replace components, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD * Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical failure requests from users within the timeframes established with the client.
