Seeking: FIELD ENGINEER Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Systems or related field) (preferably certified) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony, On-site or Field Technical Support with experience in MW and GPON * 2 years of experience * Valid driver's license for standard vehicle Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice-related issues * Corrective and preventive maintenance * First-level and second-level technical support * Infrastructure * Handle faults involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Problem resolution (networks) * Field work We Offer: * Net salary of $16,000 * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
