**Job Description** We are seeking a highly productive and precise **Architectural Drafter** with excellent command of digital tools for creating architectural, construction, and detailed drawings. This position requires **fast execution**, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy in deliverables. **Main Responsibilities** * Produce architectural, construction, and detailed drawings based on information provided by the design or project management team. * Interpret sketches, rough drafts, and technical specifications. * Make quick adjustments and revisions according to feedback from supervisors or clients. * Keep project graphic documentation up to date. * Organize and efficiently archive digital and physical files. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site supervisors to resolve construction details. * Optimize drawing production time while maintaining quality standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor's degree in architecture, architectural design, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in producing architectural and construction drawings. * **Software Proficiency:** * AutoCAD (advanced, demonstrable speed and precision) * Revit (BIM modeling, preferred) * SketchUp and V\-Ray (3D visualizations) * Photoshop and Illustrator (presentations and image editing) * Office Suite or Google Workspace * Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines. * Skill in detecting and correcting errors prior to delivery. **Key Competencies** * High **efficiency**: technical accuracy and minimal error rate. * **Speed**: optimize drafting time without compromising quality. * Efficient file organization and management. * Clear communication and teamwork. * Adaptability to last-minute changes. * Honest and responsible. * Leadership and sense of urgency. * Organized and communicative. * Proactive and solution-oriented. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability and high-level projects. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 hrs and Saturday 08:00 to 14:00 hrs. * Biweekly pay $5,000 \+ Statutory Benefits (IMSS, Vacation, Christmas Bonus, Vacation Premium), Productivity Bonus. * The position is located in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
