We are looking for **Warehouse Supervisor** Responsibilities Ensure personnel perform their tasks safely and follow up on compliance with agreements from the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee. Execute operational program, operational efficiencies. APPL. Movements per Shift, advance program. (NO OPEN APPOINTMENTS, OPEN RECEIPTS OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS) Comply with inventory programs A\+ABC, verification upon receipt, verification upon shipment. (All through WMS system.) Meet corporate operations plans, operational training (Poder 5\), integration and motivation, maintenance, zero accidents. Manage indicators. Monitor loading and unloading times of transport vehicles. Monitor order preparation efficiency (picking). Validate correct order fulfillment. Maintain equipment and facilities under proper usage standards by all plant personnel. Align procedures, regulations, values, and policies. Asset care. (Printers, PCs, Radiofrequency equipment, Forklifts, Hand pallet trucks) Order and cleanliness of chambers, docks, yards. Promote and maintain a Healthy Work Environment Resolve customer incidents (complaints and claims) Verify temperatures comply with chamber requirements.
