




General de Productos para el Agua is a leading national wholesale and marketing company specializing in pool equipment and accessories: Key Responsibilities: \- Lead the business unit (Branch) \- Design and implement the commercial strategy for B2B business development. \- Assess customers' technical needs to provide suitable solutions. \- Supervise the complete sales process: prospecting, quotation, closing, delivery, and after-sales service. \- Coordinate with the technical team to provide preliminary system designs and solutions when required. Requirements: Academic Background: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy, Mechatronics, or LAE (with technical knowledge) Professional Experience: \- Minimum 3 to 5 years in B2B sales of equipment (pool equipment), desirable \- Strong technical knowledge in technical sales \- Prior experience dealing with integrators and distributors Desirable: \- Additional experience in solar pumping, water treatment, or integrated energy-water solutions. Desirable Technical Knowledge: \- Split-phase 120/240V electrical systems (residential use in Mexico) \- String inverters, hybrid inverters, and microinverters Skills: \- Excellent negotiation and technical sales closing ability. \- Ability to present technical information clearly to B2B customers. \- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. \- Ability to build long-term business relationships. \- Goal-oriented work capacity. Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based variable pay; COMMISSIONS GUARANTEED DURING TRAINING.
