Opportunity to work with a dynamic and talented team *DEPARTMENT STORE DISTRIBUTOR INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS TEAM AS:* **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the safe and efficient receipt and storage of merchandise, as well as maintain accurate inventory records—including overages, shortages, and system reconciliations—along with product receipts, returns, and/or transfers, in order to uphold proper inventory control, maximize operational efficiency, and ensure staff safety. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: High school diploma. * Knowledge of merchandise receiving and verification, inventory control, audits, reconciliations, handling of returns, reporting, and analysis. * Skills in planning, adaptability, conflict resolution, teamwork, organization, and communication. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and verify merchandise from CEDIS or external suppliers. * Verify physical merchandise against invoices and system records. * Conduct inventories and validate them in the system. * Process returns and transfers. * Ensure merchandise labels match Purchase Orders. * Manage E\-Commerce orders. * Package products according to packaging type. * Generate and submit required reports. * Organize and arrange merchandise in the warehouse. * Assist in organizing and displaying products, including installing and removing security sensors. * Support store opening/closing procedures. **WE OFFER:** * Base monthly salary of $10'000\.00 (paid biweekly) * Monthly tourist zone bonus of $2'000\.00 (\+90% store target achievement) * Monthly position bonus of $2500\.00 (\+95% store target achievement) * Monthly commission scheme based on E\-Commerce sales. * Monthly food vouchers worth $1'000\.00\. * Complimentary uniforms. * 40-hour workweek with two days off per week. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (food vouchers, savings fund, protection insurance, in-store discounts). **We value committed and passionate employees.
