Property Administrative Specialists work with all departments (e.g., guest services, engineering, food and beverage), providing administrative support. Whether it's providing administrative assistance (e.g., preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software), serving as a liaison between the sales office and customers throughout the entire process (pre-event, event, post-event); Property Administrative Specialists get the job done. They are essential to ensuring smooth operations throughout the hotel. Regardless of your position, there are a number of fundamental things that support success—creating a safe work environment; following company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional at all times. Develop and maintain good working relationships with other employees and departments, support the team in achieving common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns from other employees. Report accidents, damages, and hazardous situations to management. Engage in various tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 10 pounds without assistance). Be constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods). Must be able to bend, stoop, and perform movements requiring knee bending, twisting, stretching, and crouching.
