**REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism or related field * Previous experience in similar positions in hotels with more than 500 rooms * Experience managing personnel * Proficiency in the English language. * Availability to reside in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. * Detail-oriented and focused on quality service. * Experience in Customer Service and Problem Solving * Knowledge of Crystal Room Check Standards **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Planning, operation, organization, and control of Housekeeping, Public Areas, Laundry, Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell Boys departments. * Ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, staff performance, and budgetary and revenue control. * Evaluate trends to improve customer satisfaction. * Implement strategies to increase division efficiency. * Handle guest complaints and requests, and supervise VIP guest service. * Monitor improvement programs, workplace climate, GPTW, and ESR in the assigned departments.
