Opportunity for development and growth *DEPARTMENTAL DISTRIBUTOR INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS WORK TEAM AS:* **SECURITY ASSISTANT (LAGO REAL BRANCH)** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Monitor store access and security to minimize merchandise loss risks and ensure compliance with SD security policies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of security protocols, loss prevention, access control and monitoring, incident handling, and reporting. * Skills in leadership, personnel management, attention to detail, concentration, problem solving, effective teamwork, and effective communication. * Professional appearance and charisma. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure surveillance of store access and security for customers and employees. * Safeguard the physical integrity of staff and customers. * Conduct store patrols to guarantee facility security. * Document and report any incidents to the Loss Prevention Leader. * Perform store opening/closing procedures. * Apply security seals to customers’ bags/backpacks. * Implement security and emergency protocols. * Assist in receiving products from CEDIS to Store and verify shortages and/or overages. * Support execution of assigned cyclic/rotational inventories. * Assist in processing customer product returns to the store. * Help organize and display products, as well as install and remove sensors. **WE OFFER:** * Base monthly salary of $9451\.20 (paid weekly). * Monthly store performance bonus of $2'000\.00\. * Monthly food vouchers worth $945\.00\. * Free uniforms. * 40-hour workweek with 2 days off per week. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day plus 1 hour for lunch. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (food vouchers, savings fund, SD protection insurance, in-store discounts). * Opportunity for development and growth. **For more information and interviews, call: 3314175379** * Work location: Lago Real Branch Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,396\.00 \- $12,396\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
