Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible CCO Operator to direct and organize real-time management of airport operations and ramp services, ensuring aviation safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with entities on safety and quality standards. **CCO OPERATOR \- PVR-APPROVED** At the Puerto Vallarta Airport, we seek innovative and responsible talent to direct and organize real-time management of airport operations and ramp services, as well as ensure aviation safety. **Work Location:** Puerto Vallarta Airport \- Km. 7\.5 Tepic Highway, C.P. 48335, Puerto Vallarta, Jal. **Essential Requirements:** * High school diploma. (Completed) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation operations, with RTAR capability. * Valid Operations Officer license. * Knowledge of English aviation phraseology. * Flexible availability for shift work. * Valid driver’s license. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Knowledge:** * Handling difficult situations. * Aircraft operations. * Operational safety. **Skills:** * Teamwork. * Working under pressure. * Adherence to regulations. **Job Functions:** * Assign resources at terminals required for direct passenger service (lounges, gates, counters, conveyor belts, aircraft stands, etc.). * Inform relevant parties of real-time operational status, as well as airport operational information. * Receive all administrative data provided by handling companies, passengers, mail, and cargo, and enter such data via SCENA into each respective flight. * Conduct aircraft guidance and parking operations (stand assignment), verifying compliance with aircraft and vehicle safety conditions, as well as personnel activities on the ramp. * Ensure compliance with Ramp Safety Regulations and ICAO regulations. * Enter daily operational data for all flights conducted at the airport via SCENA’s Real-Time screens—Commercial Scheduled and General Aviation. * Prepare the Stand Allocation Report and resource assignment for flights with approved schedules. * Assign CUTE resources via the SCENA system, as well as resolve incidents arising from this system. * Manage resolution of incidents related to operational systems (e.g., SCENA). * Receive the approved general schedule and input it into the SCENA system. * Guide flight crews in real time during their ramp entry and exit, in accordance with operational procedures. * Participate in proposals to improve operational procedures. * Participate in the operational safety management system from one’s assigned position. * Coordinate in real time with various airport entities and authorities to achieve established safety and quality standards. * Coordinate in real time with external and internal clients regarding operational matters.
