




Job Summary: Direct and control the preparation of budgets, cost analyses, and financial projections to ensure the viability and profitability of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the preparation of economic proposals for tenders. 2. Design cost optimization strategies and evaluate technical alternatives. 3. Manage and supervise the Cost Analysts and Cost Assistants team. Direct and control the preparation of budgets, cost analyses, and financial projections for construction projects, ensuring economic viability, expected profitability, and efficient control of deviations during project execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare baseline budgets (direct cost, indirect cost, and profit), APU (Unit Price Analysis), and item catalogs. * Compare actual cost versus authorized budget, identify variances, and propose corrective actions. * Evaluate project profitability (expected vs. actual gross margin) and forecast cash flows. * Lead the preparation of economic proposals for tenders and negotiate prices with suppliers. * Design cost optimization strategies and evaluate economically viable technical alternatives. * Manage and supervise the Cost Analysts and Cost Assistants team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred). * Minimum **5 years of experience** in costing and budgeting within construction companies. * Prior experience **leading technical teams**. * Advanced proficiency in cost software (**Neodata, Opus**), **Advanced Excel**, and blueprint interpretation. * Knowledge of financial evaluation metrics (ROI, IRR, NPV) and construction scheduling. * Strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and ability to make decisions under pressure. * **Location:** Central office with possible site visits. * **Work Schedule:** Full-time. * **Work Mode:** On-site. **Working Hours:** * Office hours (with availability for strategic closings or tender submissions). **Salary and Benefits:** * **Salary:** To be agreed upon. * **Statutory benefits** Workplace: On-site employment
