We are seeking a Messaging CNOC professional with experience in the telecommunications sector, passionate about operations, monitoring, and management of corporate messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities * Monitoring and management of messaging platforms (SMS, SMPP, A2P). * Real-time tracking of traffic, availability, and service performance. * Timely identification and escalation of incidents. * Operational support to internal departments and clients. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in messaging or telecommunications services operations. * Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. * Knowledge of SMS, SMPP, A2P platforms or other messaging solutions. * Proficiency with monitoring and operations tools used in NOC/CNOC environments. * Availability to work in operational shift mode.
