**JOB OBJECTIVE:** The Architectural Designer is responsible for creating architectural drawings, renders, and technical documentation necessary for construction, as well as ensuring that each project complies with design guidelines, current regulations, and legal standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and produce architectural drawings. * Create 3D models and renders for project visualization. * Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers for proper project execution. * Ensure compliance with construction codes and local regulations. * Validate and select appropriate materials for each project. * Verify that projects meet local regulations. * Update and maintain technical documentation and project files. * Propose design improvements to optimize costs and functionality. * Make all necessary modifications until the project is approved. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. * Advanced proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.). * Knowledge of construction regulations and interior design. * Ability to interpret and generate technical and structural drawings. * Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments. * Availability to conduct site visits.
