Location: Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or a technical program in Electromechanics. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a lathe operator. * **CNC knowledge** and ability to interpret technical drawings. * Analytical and effective communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manufacture mechanical parts using milling machines, lathes, and planers to ensure optimal functionality of components required for organizational equipment and devices. * **Preparation and adjustment of CNC lathes**: Configuring the **required settings** on the machine according to design blueprints. * **Quality control in production**: Supervising manufactured parts to ensure compliance with **required quality criteria**. * **Handling cutting tools and powered tools**: Selecting and replacing **measuring instruments** and optimal **cutting conditions**. * **Lathe programming and operation**: Using software such as **Mori Seiki** and control systems to optimize the machining process. * **Manufacturing parts in short and long production runs**: Adapting the machine to produce both prototypes and mass production. * **Maintenance and adjustments in production centers**: Inspecting lathe conditions and optimizing machinery performance. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Life insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Year-end bonus starting from the first year, with increasing days * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
