Administrative Manager

**Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.** Minimum 3 to 5 years in administrative or accounting positions, preferably in the hotel, restaurant, or service sector. **Main Responsibilities:** 1.\- Supervise and coordinate the hotel's administrative, accounting, and financial operations. 2.\- Control income and expense flows, bank reconciliations, and budget management. 3.\- Prepare monthly financial reports and support strategic decision-making. 4.\- Manage supplier payments and ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. 5.\- Control inventories, purchases, and supplies, ensuring cost and resource efficiency. 6.\- Coordinate and monitor service contracts, maintenance, and external suppliers. 7.\- Implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations. 8.\- Supervise compliance with legal, tax, and safety regulations. 9.\- Support general management in planning, administrative control, and process improvement. 10.\- Foster a positive work environment and coordinate communication among different hotel departments. **Knowledge:** General accounting and budgetary control. Proficiency in administrative systems, invoicing, and financial reporting. Basic labor and tax legislation. Purchasing, inventory, and expense control.
