TRUPER IS LOOKING FOR A ***WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR*** **WORK LOCATION: CEYLÁN, TLALNEPANTLA** **REQUIREMENTS** * 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations. * Direct experience supervising picking and shipping. * Operation of floor-level equipment. * Experience working under pressure and meeting daily targets. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Sense of urgency. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Intermediate Excel skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the daily execution of picking, weighing, and shipping processes. * Ensure orders are picked according to priority, sequence, and operational cutoff. * Verify that products released for shipping are correct in quantity and condition. * Ensure productivity per person and per process during the shift. * **Balance resources among picking, weighing, and shipping based on volume and priority.** * Identify and correct operational bottlenecks in real time.
